Job summary

Rexel USA in Round Rock, TX is seeking a Document Control & Expediting Manager to oversee documentation, submittals, expediting, and billing across major industrial electrical projects. You will coordinate with project managers, OEMs, and customers to maintain version control, ensure on-time materials, and keep portals like Ariba/Procore up to date.

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills and experience in EPC or large-scale construction environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in document control, expediting, or project coordination in electrical/industrial environments.
• Familiar with EPC docs, construction workflows, and OEM materials.
• Experience managing complex documentation across multiple projects and customers.
• Bachelor’s degree required; field related preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project documentation per contract requirements and internal quality standards.
• Create and maintain logs for submittals, RFIs, transmittals, drawings, and test reports.
• Monitor document revisions for version control and stakeholder access.
• Coordinate with PMs and sales to meet submittal and documentation needs.
• Expedite material orders and manage expediting logs and reports.
