Job summary
Guidance Consulting seeks an Enlisted Senior Trainer to conduct staff training at Fort Chaffee, AR. This role requires Brigade or Division-level experience and primary staff NCOIC experience. You'll educate the command group on Mission command, track training requests, and support staff exercises. Qualifications
Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance.
Experience at the Battalion level or higher is required.
Ability to handle sensitive information and protocols.
Responsibilities
Conduct doctrinal staff training on all Army WfFs.
Support staff exercises in a designated trainer role.
Track approved training events and inform commanders.
Skills
Brigade or Division-level Sergeants Major experience
Primary staff NCOIC experience
Education
Bachelor's degree
Graduate of the Battle Staff NCO Course
Completed the Sergeants Major Academy
