Job summary

Guidance Consulting seeks an Enlisted Senior Trainer to conduct staff training at Fort Chaffee, AR. This role requires Brigade or Division-level experience and primary staff NCOIC experience. You'll educate the command group on Mission command, track training requests, and support staff exercises. Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance.
• Experience at the Battalion level or higher is required.
• Ability to handle sensitive information and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Conduct doctrinal staff training on all Army WfFs.
• Support staff exercises in a designated trainer role.
• Track approved training events and inform commanders.

Brigade or Division-level Sergeants Major experience

Primary staff NCOIC experience

Education

Bachelor's degree

Graduate of the Battle Staff NCO Course

Completed the Sergeants Major Academy
