Job summary

Client Solution Architects is seeking an Enlisted Senior Trainer to support our program at Fort Chaffee, AR. This full-time role involves coordinating doctrinal staff training and supporting Army exercises at Fort Chaffee, AR.

You will conduct doctrinal staff training on Army Warfighting Functions, ensure training aligns with the unit commander's plan, and track events, communicating updates to leadership. Candidates must hold an active Secret Clearance and a Bachelor’s degree, plus completion

Qualifications

• Must possess active Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree, Battle Staff NCO Course, and Sergeants Major Academy completed.
• Previous Battalion level or higher Sergeants Major experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct doctrinal staff training on Army WfFs educating the command group and staff.
• Support staff exercises in a trainer role.
• Track training events and inform leadership of changes.
