Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance.
• Previous senior Army leadership experience is essential.
• At least 6 years of relevant staff experience or 8 years specialized MCTSP experience.

Responsibilities

• Support live and constructive Mission command training.
• Maintain currency with doctrine published by TRADOC.
• Ensure TUCs are provided with the latest training OPORDs and scenarios.

Skills

Army leadership experience

Training management background

Combat Arms or Combat Support expertise

Understanding of TRADOC doctrine

Experience with ARNG training support system
