Job summary

Qualifications

• Has worked in a Key position at a Trident location in the past year.
• Forklift, crane, and other operator licenses preferred.
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills; able to use standard software.

Responsibilities

• Lead dock operations and supervise dock workers and leads as assigned.
• Ensure proper use of protective gear and safe operation of machinery.
• Monitor material flow and coordinate segregation by species.
• Train workers in equipment operation and safety procedures.
• Maintain workflow records and reports.
• Assist dock foreperson with relevant dock operations.
