Job summary

AttainX Inc. is seeking a DNFSB support services professional to operate at the Hanford Field Office and Hanford Site in Richland, WA. The role requires a DOE security clearance, U.S.

citizenship and full-time exempt status. Responsibilities include coordinating inquiries, reporting DNFSB interactions, and supporting DNFSB recommendations. Qualified candidates have a BS/BA in engineering, science, or business, 9 years of relevant experience, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in engineering, science or business management.
• 9 years of directly applicable experience applying relevant theories and practices.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Skilled in problem identification and resolution.
• Familiarity or ability to perform under Hanford DOE procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complete and timely responses to inquiries.
• Facilitate interactions between DOE Hanford and DNFSB activities, ensuring timely tracking and reporting.
• Advise NSD on significant issues related to DOE Hanford.
• Develop schedules for entrance, exit and other meetings.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly status reports on DNFSB interactions.
• Attend all DNFSB-related meetings and liaison trainings.
• Assist with audits, assessments, and reviews involving DOE Hanford.
• Extend guidelines and procedures to ensure DNFSB liaison success.
• Develop plans and procedures for the DNFSB interface program.
• Serve as HFO point-of-contact with DNFSB site representatives.
• Support management in responding to and implementing DNFSB recommendations.
• Coordinate audit/document reviews, meetings, site visits and information requests.
• Identify commitments and actions from briefings and site visits, ensure completion.
• Support site visits by coordinating agendas, meetings, correspondence, and trainings.
• Develop metrics to measure HFO performance in DNFSB requests.
• Review contractor presentations for adequacy in addressing issues.
• Review or coordinate document publications sent to the DNFSB.
