Job summary

AttainX Inc. is seeking an IMD Federal IT Support Lead to support DOE HFO’s AMMS. Work is at the Hanford Field Office and Hanford Site in Richland, WA. Requires DOE security clearance and U.S. citizenship. Compensation ranges from $125,000 to $170,000, with eligibility based on location, experience and education.

Responsibilities include directing IT support staff, handling complex incidents, asset management, vendor coordination, and overseeing end-to-end IT lifecycle for desktops and devices.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or higher in computer science, IT, information systems, or related technical field.
• 5 years in IT with at least 3 years of DOE/government-type technical support.
• OR 10 years in IT with at least 3 years of DOE/government-type technical support.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level technical direction to IT support staff and assign daily tasks.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of user-facing technology (desktops, mobile devices, peripherals).
• Manage IT asset inventory, vendor coordination, and equipment refresh cycles.
• Manage IT projects independently from planning to closeout and communicate status to leadership.
• Coordinate with government and prime contractor personnel to meet objectives.
