A leading IT staffing firm is hiring a Senior DLP Analytic Rule Developer to enhance their Microsoft Purview DLP program across a complex, multi-cloud retail enterprise. The successful candidate will design, develop, and tune policies to protect sensitive data, deploy DLP across various Microsoft 365 services, and translate compliance standards into enforceable controls. This contract role offers competitive pay of $60–75/hr, requiring 40 hours per week on a W2 basis.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building custom sensitive information types and EDM classifiers in Microsoft Purview.
• Experience in regulated environments including PCI DSS and SOX.
• Experience operating in multi-cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy baseline production DLP policies.
• Build and maintain custom sensitive information types.
• Develop advanced pattern matching and detection logic.
• Integrate DLP with Microsoft Defender.
