Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY customer needs with deep parts knowledge and expert store systems usage. You will engage customers in person and by phone, applying sales techniques to meet store goals while performing DIY services and maintaining appearance standards.

The role requires 3–5 years of parts experience, strong communication, and the ability to operate inventory and POS systems. ASE certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with past experience fulfilling customer transactions.

Aufgaben

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties)
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, shoot outs, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
• Store Cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
