Responsibilities

Ensure projects deliver on quality, cost, schedule, safety, and business value.
Initiate work by confirming business needs, expected benefits, constraints, and success criteria with sponsors; develop charters.
Build integrated project execution plans and schedules with scope, WBS, contracting, commissioning, and handover.
Lead both capital asset projects and business-oriented projects (process improvement, systems implementation, cross-functional initiatives).
Interface with engineering teams, sponsors, OEMs, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver work.
Monitor scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, issues, and benefits; apply CAPEX controls and governance.
