First Quality Tissue SE, LLC in Anderson, SC is hiring a Senior Divisional Projects Manager to drive major capital and process‑improvement projects. You will lead cross‑functional teams, manage budgets, schedules, and safety while delivering defined benefits and value.

You’ll work across operations, engineering, finance, and IT, applying a disciplined project management approach to ensure successful go‑live and handover. Requires extensive PM experience and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7–12+ years as a project manager overseeing multi-workstream projects.
• Proven delivery of complex engineering/capital and business projects (>$1MM).
• Experience with project controls, governance, and contracting models.
• Preferred: PMP; other certifications add value.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects deliver on quality, cost, schedule, safety, and business value.
• Audit and verify project progress at defined intervals.
• Develop charters and identify stakeholders across functions.
• Create integrated project execution plans with leadership across operations and engineering.
• Lead capital asset and business‑oriented projects end‑to‑end.
• Maintain governance, RAID logs, and project status communications.
