Expand Energy seeks a Sr. Division Order Analyst to review and process land documents, handle owner inquiries, and manage transfers between parties based on title records.

This role is based in Spring, TX, and requires strong expertise in oil and gas title work. The candidate will prepare Division Orders, analyze agreements and title documents, and interact with owners, attorneys, and accounting teams to resolve issues and ensure accurate ownership records.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High school diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree from accredited university.
• Minimum: 5 years related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze agreements, pooling orders, AMIs, surveys, leases and title documents.
• Respond to owner inquiries and resolve ownership issues and discrepancies.
• Maintain log of ownership transfers.
• Prepare Division Orders and burden spreadsheets.
• Perform calculations of owner interest, leasehold and unit interests.
• Interface with owners, attorneys, Revenue & JIB Accounting, Owner Relations group, and purchasers.
• Prepare deal sheets and calculate interests for all owners in new wells.
• Resolve decimal discrepancies and authorize revisions.
• Calculate interests for workovers, recompletions and payouts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
