Job summary

Responsibilities

• Administers the district's construction, maintenance, traffic, facilities and equipment programs.
• Supervises staff, oversees hiring, performance, safety, and development.
• Interviews, hires, assigns work, and evaluates performance.
• Coordinates with divisions to meet department goals and budgets.
• Develops district goals and performance measures aligned with WYDOT.
• Represents WYDOT at local, state, and national levels.
