Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required.
• 2-4 years of progressive engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required at time of hire; Wyoming PE within one year.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction program from design through final documentation.
• Supervise and mentor a team of engineers and technicians.
• Coordinate with federal, state, county, and city officials, utilities, landowners, and public stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
• Develop cost estimates, generate change orders, and review submittals.
• Provide training and mentorship to staff.
