Qualifications

• Licensure as a professional Civil Engineer with Minnesota board (AELSLAGID).
• Five years of professional post-registration engineering experience, at least three years at Engineer Principal level or higher.
• Strong leadership, project and program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations for District 6, including design, hydraulics, project management, consultant agreements, major projects, materials and planning.
• Manage and integrate the District’s resources; chair the SE Minnesota Area Transportation Partnership.
• Provide leadership and direction to State and District Program Delivery Sections to meet constituent needs.
• Communicate effectively with management, stakeholders, and MnDOT staff.
