You will guide a top‑level team, manage planning and execution, and aim to exceed performance targets in a fast‑paced, client‑facing role.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of management experience in food service or related fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of management experience, preferably in food service, hospitality management, plant operations, or related area.
• Proven track record of leading a business and a team, with strong customer service and solid business/financial proficiencies.
• Excellent communication, multi-tasking, and organizational skills; proactive and resilient under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops a large account team to deliver top‑notch service to the client, students, and community.
• Drives relationships with the client and achieves key performance indicators such as profitability, safety, and employee engagement.
• Collaborates with district leadership and peers to share best practices and mitigate risks while championing diversity and community engagement.
• Owns financial results for the account and works with leadership on reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
