The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in warehouse management, with preference for experience in perishable food distribution and familiarity with ERP/WMS systems (SAP preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of warehouse management experience with responsibilities for expenses, staffing, and inventory.
• Experience in perishable food distribution is preferred but not required.
• ASCM CLTD, CPIM, or APICS certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety and compliance and reinforce safety as a core value in daily operations.
• Oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, receiving, storage, and shipping.
• Develop budgets and monitor KPIs for service, cost, safety and other performance measures.
• Lead staff development and implement standard operating policies and processes.
