Responsibilities

• Promote a safe and productive work environment; lead by example and take initiative.
• Manage logistics workflow for the Gaylord distribution center.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate daily workload.
• Monitor doors and inbound/outbound procedures.
• Coordinate with office staff to ensure floor workflow.
• Back up the supervisor in their absence.
• Train forklift operators and promote teamwork across shifts.
• Adhere to GMPs and maintain food safety/quality.
