Job summary

MKS Inc. is seeking a Distribution Coordinator 4/Group Lead to support senior distribution execution and operational readiness. You will oversee activities across receiving, packing, shipping, and inventory movement while enforcing standard work and safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4+ years of distribution, warehouse, manufacturing, or related operational experience preferred.
• Experience within warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or comparable operational environments.
• Understanding of receiving, shipping, inventory control, material flow, picking, packing, and transaction accuracy.
• Ability to follow and reinforce standard work, safety expectations, quality requirements, and operational discipline.
• Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
• Experience using ERP, warehouse, inventory, reporting, or Microsoft Office tools as applicable to the role.
• Commitment to safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory movement, material flow, and daily execution requirements.
• Follow standard work, safety expectations, transaction discipline, and site procedures.
• Communicate issues, risks, shortages, discrepancies, or process concerns through the appropriate channels.
• Maintain ownership, accuracy, teamwork, and follow-through within assigned responsibilities.
• Support continuous improvement, cross-training, and a culture of accountability.
