Job summary

PrimeSource Building Products, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Distribution Center Manager to lead our Illinois distribution operations. You will manage 3-5 supervisors and 5-35 employees across warehouse, sales, credit, and admin, directing work, budgeting, and performance evaluations.

Responsibilities include ensuring safety, optimizing P&L, forecasting, setting goals, and liaising with sales and purchasing to ensure inventory availability. A Bachelor's degree and SAP experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of building materials industry is a plus.
• Experience supervising multiple levels of staff and departments.

Responsibilities

• Directs 3-5 supervisors and 5-35 employees across multiple units.
• Oversees hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Manages P&L, budgeting, forecasting and expenses control.
• Ensures safety and adherence to HR and JSOX policies.
• Maintains vendor/customer relations and coordinates with sales/purchasing.
