Job summary

Dealer Tire in Missouri seeks a Distribution Center Manager – Tier 2 to lead daily DC operations, safety, staffing, and product flow. You will oversee inventory integrity, vendor receiving, and distribution while developing teams and driving process improvements for on-time deliveries and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 5+ years in supply chain leadership, expertise in WMS/TMS/ERP, and strong communication skills. On-site position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Business, Logistics, or related field or commensurate experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience, including distribution center, inventory and transportation.
• 4+ years of experience leading a team.
• Strong process improvement mindset focusing on continuous growth.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products.
• Experience with WMS, TMS and ERP systems.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with frontline employees, peers, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations, scheduling, productivity and quality, ensuring safety and exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Plan receiving, storage, assembly (if applicable) and distribution of items from vendors.
• Maintain accurate inventory and proper levels through continuous monitoring.
• Develop staffing plans and manage budget for the distribution center.
• Drive initiatives for safety, training, development and team engagement.
