Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher required; BA degree in progress is a plus.
• 3+ years of office clerical experience; data collection/analysis experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional phone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer payroll activities across designated locations.
• Ensure all payroll inputs and changes are processed accurately and on time.
• Liaise with payroll providers to resolve queries and discrepancies.
• Support payroll audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and statutory requirements.
• Produce payroll-related reports and analyses for management.
