Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Go or Python and building scalable services.
• Strong understanding of concurrency control and message ordering.
• Experience with distributed data pipelines and data processing.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize distributed systems for payroll workflows.
• Write clean, well-documented code with strong abstractions.
• Ensure data consistency with advanced concurrency controls and ordering.
• Orchestrate workflows using Temporal and related queues for reliability.
• Develop fast data pipelines with transactional and analytical engines.
• Apply bitemporal data modeling to payroll data flows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet strategic goals.
• Implement observability through monitoring, logging, and tracing.
• Maintain high availability and reliability with strong SLAs.
