Sigma Connectivity is seeking a Senior Display Software Engineer to develop, validate, debug, and maintain display software for embedded Linux and Android platforms. You will collaborate with QA, system architects, platform developers, and hardware engineers to ensure robust display performance across product releases.

The ideal candidate combines strong embedded software expertise with knowledge of display drivers, graphics frameworks, and Android display architecture.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, embedded systems or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of embedded software development.
• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on C/C++ development.
• Minimum 3+ years of Embedded Linux and/or Android platform development.
• Proven experience in display subsystem development, debugging, validation, and integration.

Responsabilidades

• Validate software releases to ensure display systems meet functional, performance, and reliability requirements.
• Support lab testing activities for display-related features and system performance.
• Analyze test results and drive corrective actions for identified issues.
• Ensure software quality through verification, debugging, and continuous improvement.
• Perform root-cause analysis of software and system-level issues.
• Develop temporary workarounds and permanent solutions to unblock teams.
• Design, develop, debug, and maintain display-related software features.
• Implement enhancements to display frameworks, drivers, and system services.
• Collaborate with system architects, hardware engineers, and software teams.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
