Job summary

Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Software Applications Engineer to support embedded Linux software on Snapdragon platforms.

You will work closely with the Display and Graphics Software Customer Engineering team to assist with bring-up, debugging, and integration for OEMs and partners. The role requires strong C/C++ skills, driver development experience, and a solid understanding of display/graphics systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field with 2+ years of software applications engineering or related experience.
• Additional degrees: Master's (1+ year) or PhD (1+ year) in a related field.
• Programming experience in C/C++, Python or Java and debugging techniques.

Responsibilities

• Interface with QCT customers and internal teams to understand requirements and provide support.
• Assist in integration, customization, build, and bring-up of Qualcomm software on embedded platforms.
• Support Linux-based software on Snapdragon devices, including drivers and graphics stack.
