Job summary

Blanton's Air, Plumbing & Electric in the Fayetteville/Raleigh Metro area is seeking an experienced Senior Dispatcher to keep a fast-moving field team running smoothly. You’ll read schedules, manage priorities, and make sharp calls under pressure.

The position is full-time, 7:00 am–6:00 pm with occasional Saturdays. You will earn $20–$26 per hour plus incentive pay up to $1,225 per week, and you’ll contribute to a culture built on integrity, growth, and care.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dispatch or scheduling experience; home services/trades background is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication skills; you'll work closely with techs, customers, and teammates
• Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office and web-based tools)
• ServiceTitan experience a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Keep each technician's skills and availability up to date so the right tech gets sent to the right job, every time
• Match incoming service calls to the best-fit technician based on skill, location, and urgency
• Track daily job data to drive smart scheduling decisions for the day ahead
• Run a daily report on which techs are ready for their next call, and lead the team's morning brief
• Make sure the parts a technician needs for a job are ordered and arrive on time
• Pitch in on other projects as the team grow; no two days look exactly alike

We're looking for an experienced dispatcher who knows how to keep a fast-moving field team running like a machine, someone who can read a schedule, read a room, and make the right call under pressure. If you've done this before and you're good at it, Blanton's is where that skill gets recognized.

$20–$26/HOUR + INCENTIVE PAY UP TO $1225 PER WEEK
