Job summary

Blanton's Air, Plumbing & Electric in Fayetteville/Raleigh metro seeks an experienced Senior Dispatcher to manage field technicians and scheduling. You’ll read schedules, coordinate calls, and make quick, correct decisions under pressure.

The role is full-time with 7:00 am–6:00 pm shifts (two rotations) and occasional Saturdays, offering an incentive program up to $1,225 weekly and benefits. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

• 2+ years of dispatch or scheduling experience
• Strong communication skills
• Solid computer skills (MS Office and web-based tools)
• ServiceTitan experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Keep each technician's skills and availability up to date so the right tech gets sent to the right job
• Match incoming service calls to the best-fit technician based on skill, location, and urgency
• Track daily job data to drive smart scheduling decisions for the day ahead
• Run a daily report on which techs are ready for their next call and lead the team’s morning brief
• Ensure parts needed for a job are ordered and arrive on time
• Pitch in on other projects as the team grows

We're looking for an experienced dispatcher who knows how to keep a fast-moving field team running like a machine, someone who can read a schedule, read a room, and make the right call under pressure. If you've done this before and you're good at it, Blanton's is where that skill gets recognized.

$20–$26/HOUR + INCENTIVE PAY UP TO $1225 PER WEEK

What You'll Actually Do

You're the hub connecting our field technicians to the customers who need them. On a typical day you'll:

• Keep each technician's skills and availability up to date so the right tech gets sent to the right job, every time
• Match incoming service calls to the best-fit technician based on skill, location, and urgencyTrack daily job data to drive smart scheduling decisions for the day ahead
• Run a daily report on which techs are ready for their next call, and lead the team's morning brief
• Make sure the parts a technician needs for a job are ordered and arrive on time
• Pitch in on other projects as the team grow; no two days look exactly alike

What You’ll Need

• 2+ years of dispatch or scheduling experience; home services/trades background is a plus, but not required
• A track record of staying sharp and organized when the day gets chaotic
• Strong communication skills; you'll work closely with techs, customers, and teammates
• Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office and web-based tools)
• ServiceTitan experience a plus, but not required
