Job summary

TE Connectivity Ltd. is seeking a Disaster Recovery (DR) Analyst to coordinate the DR planning, testing, governance, and documentation across applications, infrastructure, cloud, and third‑party vendors.

You will ensure recoverability aligns with RTO/RPO objectives and regulatory expectations. You will collaborate with DR leadership, application owners, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders, manage DR artifacts in ServiceNow/CMDB, and drive program improvements using data‑driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field required.
• 5–7 years in IT with 5–7 years in Disaster Recovery/Technology Resiliency.
• Experience coordinating DR planning, testing, and governance activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and review Disaster Recovery Plans (DRPs).
• Coordinate plan updates with application owners, infra teams, and stakeholders.
• Lead DR exercises, tabletop tests, and failover activities across environments.
• Validate RT, RPO, MTD, and data integrity during DR events.
• Support governance processes for DR exceptions and risk acceptance.
• Manage DR records and workflows in ServiceNow/CMDB.
• Produce DR status reports, dashboards, and progress metrics.
• Coordinate DR program improvements and roadmap deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
