Job summary

• Minimum 5 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a diverse volunteer team responsible for disaster cycle services across the region.
• Oversee successful implementation of disaster cycle services activities within the geographic area or region.
• Develop and support Disaster Leadership Volunteers to meet responsibilities in readiness, response and recovery.
• Engage communities and partners to prepare for, respond to, and recover from disasters in the assigned area.
• Build relationships in a matrix organization with internal partners.
