Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Director of Process Management- Workforce Operations & Enablement (Hybrid) to lead a team of process managers, directors, and analysts focused on the International Card Agent Servicing workforce. This role drives network efficiency, oversees strategic investments in data, and partners with product, tech, and operations to deliver impactful outcomes.

The position is hybrid, requiring three days in office per week and the rest remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
• 7+ years of experience in Process Management.
• 7+ years of experience in People Management.
• 4+ years of experience in strategic planning.
• 2+ years of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead moderate to large teams to drive complex workforce processes.
• Design, develop, and manage process initiatives to improve business outcomes and data infrastructure.
• Monitor and act on network health with Operations leaders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Tech, Operations and Business Analysis teams.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments.
• Serve as SME on workforce process improvement initiatives.
