Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Director of Workforce Operations & Enablement in Richmond, VA. You will lead an organization of process managers, directors, and analysts to deliver workforce services for the International Card Agent Servicing workforce, driving network health and efficiency.

The role is hybrid, requiring 3 days in the office and the rest remote. You will partner with Product, Tech, Operations and Business Analysis to advance strategic initiatives and investments in data and core

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or military experience.
At least 7 years of experience in Process Management.
At least 7 years of experience in People Management.
At least 4 years of experience in strategic planning.
At least 2 years of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Lead moderate to large size teams to drive complex workforce processes.
Design, develop, and manage process initiatives to improve business outcomes and data infrastructure.
Collaborate with Operations leaders to monitor and act on network health.
Partner with Product, Tech, Operations and Business Analysis teams for strategic initiatives.
Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments.
Serve as subject matter expert on workforce process improvement initiatives.
