Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Director of Workforce Operations & Enablement to lead an organization focused on workforce governance, network health, and data infrastructure modernization for the International Card Agent Servicing workforce.

The role requires extensive experience in process and people management, with a hybrid work arrangement and competitive benefits. Leadership will drive strategic initiatives and stakeholder partnerships across multiple functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
• At least 7 years of experience in Process Management.
• At least 7 years of experience in People Management.
• At least 4 years of experience in strategic planning.
• At least 2 years of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• BPM, PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Workforce management experience in supply planning and network management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead moderate to large teams to drive complex workforce processes.
• Design, develop, and manage process initiatives to improve business outcomes and data infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Operations leaders to monitor network health and act as needed.
• Partner with Product, Tech, Operations and Business Analysis teams for strategy and execution.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments.
• Serve as SME on workforce process improvement initiatives.
