Job summary

SCN BestCo is seeking a Senior Director, Value Stream to own end-to-end manufacturing for designated product forms. The role drives continuous improvement across operations, safety, quality, and cost, coordinating with engineering, planning, and commercial teams to optimize the end-to-end supply chain and ensure GMP-compliant production.

The position leads a high-performing team, builds strategic manufacturing models, and partners with finance to manage budgets while targeting margin

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or technical field required.
• 12 years' experience in a manufacturing environment in a highly regulated environment.
• 10 years' direct people management experience, leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement across all areas of the product form to improve outcomes.
• Lead commercialization program with end-to-end supply chain readiness for launches.
• Define short- and long-term models for margin improvement.
• Partner with sales and product development to build a profitable portfolio for assigned forms.
• Develop and track KPIs; implement continuous improvements and best practices.
