This role focuses on innovative value-based solutions to meet total cost and quality goals and negotiates high value contracts with complex structures.

Qualifications

10 years of related experience with negotiating value-based contracts.
Experience reviewing medical claims data and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Ability to work in a matrixed organization and gain consensus.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain productive value-based relationships with provider networks.
Develop and manage the Keystone Value-based Network to meet cost and quality goals.
Design alternative payment models and negotiate high-value contracts.
Coordinate provider information with internal departments and external meetings.
Lead complex projects from assessment to implementation across multiple processes.
