This role leads the full contracting cycle, collaborates with Performance, Clinical Transformation, and Analytics teams, and negotiates complex agreements across payer and provider networks to achieve measurable value.

Qualifications

• 10 years of related experience with successful value-based contracts.
• Experience reviewing medical claims data and developing executive summaries.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a matrixed organization and gain consensus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain productive value-based relationships with provider partners.
• Develop alternative payment models and negotiate high value contracts.
• Manage the complete value-based contracting cycle from planning to loading executed arrangements.
• Collaborate with Performance, Clinical Transformation, and Analytics teams to drive value-based plans.
• Lead complex projects affecting multiple processes, systems, and products across lines of business.
• Attend external provider meetings and negotiations as needed.
