Job summary

Pfizer seeks a senior leader to drive AI-enabled commercial marketing for LORBRENA and BRAFTOVI+MEKTOVI in NSCLC. You will craft a multi-year strategy, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and elevate our biomarker-driven outreach to clinicians, embracing data-driven insights in an enterprise AI environment.

You will lead a team of directors and senior managers, own annual tactical plans, and ensure compliant, impactful messaging across channels, while navigating payer and access challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of pharma industry experience or Master’s with 10+ years or PhD/PharmD with 7+ years.
• Experience applying AI-enabled or advanced analytics to commercial marketing.
• Track record of connecting commercial initiatives to revenue outcomes.
• Experience leading large, diverse cross-functional teams in US market.

Responsibilities

• Directly own an AI-enabled marketing strategy with ML and predictive analytics.
• Lead precision targeting across two NSCLC biomarker-defined populations (ALK+ and BRAF V600E).
• Set a multi-year lung portfolio vision and align with brand strategy and testing pathways.
• Collaborate with Market Access to shape payer strategies and access messaging.
• Develop and lead a high-performing team of marketers to achieve outcomes.
