You will shape pipeline value and align with regulatory and clinical plans to maximize market entry and long-term growth.

As a player-coach, you will lead a team of pipeline strategy marketers, partner cross-functionally, and deliver actionable insights to inform trial design, market access, and launch readiness

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field required.
• Experience in strategic marketing and early commercialization within pharma preferred.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead US commercial strategies for pipeline products across Cardiometabolics.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Finance.
• Provide strategic input into trial design, regulatory development, and launch planning.
• Develop and maintain portfolio plays to maximize asset value and growth.
