The Opportunity...

We are seeking a self-motivated and experienced Senior Director of Treasury to join our senior finance leadership team. This individual will play a critical role in shaping and executing our global treasury strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term financial objectives.

What You'll Do...

• Lead the design and oversight of global treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity planning, and financial risk mitigation.
• Partner with senior finance leaders to develop and implement treasury strategies that support business growth and financial stability.
• Partner with senior finance leaders to develop and implement treasury strategies that support business growth and financial stability.
• Manage intercompany financial relationships and exposures, ensuring compliance with transfer pricing policies and identifying opportunities for efficient cash repatriation.
• Oversee debt and capital market transactions, and support funding strategies for potential strategic M&A activity.
• Manage relationships with global banking partners, including commercial banking partners and credit rating agencies, ensuring access to competitive financial products and services.Ensure seamless global cash management and adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align treasury goals with corporate objectives.
• Oversee daily cash management operations, ensuring optimal utilization of cash resources.
• Develop and maintain accurate short- and long-term cash flow forecasts.
• Negotiate credit facilities and support debt issuance activities.
• Design and implement policies to mitigate financial risks, including foreign exchange, interest rate, and credit risks.
• Oversee intercompany financing structures and cash movements across global entities.
• Ensure compliance with transfer pricing policies and intercompany lending agreements.
• Monitor foreign exchange exposure related to intercompany transactions and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Partner with tax and accounting teams to streamline intercompany settlements and reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal controls.
• Collaborate with finance leadership to assess capital structure, financing needs, and potential investment opportunities.
• Provide recommendations on capital allocation to support strategic growth initiatives.
• Drive automation and optimization of treasury processes and systems for efficiency and scalability.
• Monitor industry trends and recommend best practices in treasury operations.
  
  

Who You Are...

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation preferred.
• 8+ years of treasury or corporate finance experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in a publicly traded company, with knowledge of SOX compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Strong understanding of global cash management, cash management, capital markets, and credit rating processes.
• Proven experience managing debt facilities, overseeing capital market and debt transactions, foreign exchange hedging, and risk management strategies.
• Prior experience in investment banking with prior technology experience is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
