MatrixCare in the United States is seeking a Sr. Director, Total Rewards & People Systems to own compensation, benefits and Dayforce as our HRIS.

You’ll design one company-wide job architecture and pay ranges, and build analytics and People Services operations that scale with growth and acquisitions. This hands-on leader will apply statistical methods to people data, lead a team of A‑players, and partner with FP&A to embed the workforce plan in the annual budget.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of experience in total rewards, HR systems or HR operations, including 5+ years leading teams.
• Has owned an HCM platform at scale, including leading an implementation or major rebuild end to end.

• Has delivered a complex cutover such as a carve-out, transition services agreement (TSA) exit or acquisition integration.
• Explains rewards trade-offs plainly to executives and ties pay and benefits decisions to business economics.

• Build predictive people analytics, including an attrition risk model that flags critical talent before they resign, and one executive dashboard that links people metrics to company KPIs.
• Partner with FP&A to build the workforce plan into the annual budget, and produce board people metrics from Dayforce paired with clear insights and recommended actions.
• Lead a tiered People Services model with clear service levels, and keep benefits, HRIS and compliance audits clean in the U.S. and India.
• Build and lead a team of A Players, keep people data, plans and contracts ready for diligence, and put retention plans in place for key talent.

About The Role

We are looking for a Sr. Director, Total Rewards & People Systems to join our People team and build the rewards, systems and data a standalone MatrixCare runs on. You will own compensation, benefits, lead Dayforce as our human resources information system (HRIS), and build the people analytics and People Services operations that leaders across the company rely on. Your work connects directly to the company's growth including pay that rewards the results that matter, a platform that scales as we grow and acquire, and insights the executive team acts on. We are seeking a hands‑on leader who has built job architecture from scratch, owned a human capital management (HCM) platform at scale, and uses data, including statistical models, to help executives make better decisions.

• Hands‑on Dayforce experience.
• Experience in a software‑as‑a‑service (SaaS) company, with working knowledge of the Product and Technology talent market.
• Experience in a private equity‑backed or carve‑out environment.
• Experience with benefits, payroll or compliance outside the U.S., including India.

Success In This Role Will Look Like

• Bonus and sales compensation plans are tied to EBITDA and bookings, and rewards spend holds flat as a share of revenue while benefits renewals stay at or below a 6% cost trend.
• Acquired companies are running on Dayforce within 90 days of close, and headcount grows without matching growth in People Services staff.
• Leaders act on people analytics: an attrition risk model flags critical talent before they resign, and one executive dashboard links people metrics to company KPIs.
• Teammates rate Total Rewards services 4 of 5 or higher, audits come back clean, and people data and retention plans are ready for diligence.

Compensation & Benefits

• $210,000 - $250,000 + 20% bonus
