Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, accounting, finance, or economics.
• Ten or more years of job-related experience with five+ years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with enterprise HRIS/HCM platforms (Workday/PeopleSoft/Oracle) and compensation analytics.
• Ability to lead, influence, and partner with senior leadership on total rewards.

Responsibilities

• Lead compensation design, delivery, and administration aligned with strategic plan.
• Provide thought leadership; apply predictive analytics and AI to improve processes.
• Maintain compensation structures, levels, and pay parameters across programs.
• Budget development with Finance and Planning; model changes and goals.
• Consult with business units; analyze market data and equity considerations.
• Produce reports, guidelines, and metrics for decision-making.
• Supervise compensation staff; support professional development.
• Stay updated on regulations, policies, and governance; ensure compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
