Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, analytics, mathematics, accounting or actuarial science, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven leader with 10+ years of experience, including leading initiatives and driving enterprise results.
• Ability to pull and present key insights from analysis to drive decisions and explain technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives new to the company by aligning leaders on priorities and guiding design and execution.
• Build and lead Field Benefits Committee, Honors Committee or other ad hoc committees with field associations to engage members and achieve objectives.
• Perform complex analyses to develop and recommend program designs and changes using financial, regulatory, and compliance expertise.
• Maintain and evolve compensation, recognition and benefits programs to meet objectives and stay compliant with laws and strategy.
• Anticipate impact of changes on program success and partner with field leaders to implement changes and manage risk.
