• Experience leading Clinical Science in a matrix environment and across multiple studies or programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic Clinical Science leadership across multiple studies, programs and assets.
• Guide interpretation of clinical data to support development planning and decision-making.
• Support protocol development, endpoint selection, and biomarker strategy discussions.
• Lead standardization of Clinical Science practices and governance within the portfolio.
