Job summary

FTI Consulting is seeking a Senior Director to lead client billable engagements and multiple workstreams on large projects. You will guide problem solving, structure analyses, and deliver high-quality recommendations, while mentoring junior consultants.

You will manage client relationships, lead internal practice development, and contribute to business development in an international environment. A focus on leadership and collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration.
• 10+ years relevant post-graduate experience.
• Prior experience in professional services, consulting, investment banking with Telecom as a focused area.
• Ability to travel to clients and FTI Consulting office(s) as needed.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; this position will not sponsor applicant for work visas.

Responsibilities

• Lead client billable engagements or multiple workstreams on large engagements.
• Problem solving through problem structuring with sector knowledge.
• Manage a small team to gather data, execute analyses and validate results.
• Lead client meetings and grow mid-level client relationships.
• Build internal practice leadership in sector knowledge, intellectual capital, business development, and office leadership.
