  • Provide leadership for associate relations through effective communication.
  • Ensure the assessment of management talent through proper succession planning programs so that key contributors are prepared for more significant responsibilities.
  • Use strategic objectives as the basis for establishing performance management and incentive programs for leaders and other incentive‑based plans.
  • Remain current on developments in employer tax regarding tax and claim law changes and how they will impact clients' and ADP TotalSource's tax accounts and services.
  • Analyze and interpret new legislation and market trends. Communicate the ramifications to area leaders, business partners, sales, and clients.

  • Strong analytical, financial, and risk‑management skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Experience in training industry peers, tax, sales, and service associates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of successful stakeholder engagement. Skilled with communicating effectively to all levels of internal and external contacts verbally and in writing.
  • Skilled at assessing team members' performance and providing motivational support.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Desired Qualifications
  • Advanced knowledge of functional area and related company products.
  • PMP or equivalent professional project‑management certification.
  • Master's degree.
