• Experience in mergers & acquisitions tax planning and structuring.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of tax planning approaches, ensuring high-quality client service.
• Oversee tax due diligence, including review of tax returns and financials.
• Strategize and execute post-merger integration strategies.
• Develop and deliver complex tax models, tax benefit analysis, and stock basis calculations.
• Advise on tax aspects of purchase agreements.
• Coordinate across state, local and international tax teams, and due diligence members.
• Build and maintain senior-level client relationships and support business development.
