IPH is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Director, Talent Management to lead our Learning & Development, Talent Management, Organizational Design and Development team. This hands-on role will oversee the development and implementation of learning and development programs, drives workforce planning, and supports the organization to ensure they have a build, buy, borrow, bridge talent strategy that enables IPH to achieve its strategic ambition. Main Responsibilities include running the Company’s talent management process including goal setting and performance reviews to identify key talent and succession planning, managing vendor relationships, serving as a talent management Subject Matter Expert, understanding organizational development requirements and developing plans, leading efforts to build leadership talent bench, overseeing assessments and development activities for executives, overseeing design, development, and delivery of L&D programs, implementing leadership development, partnering with leaders for role-specific training plans, leveraging learning technologies, monitoring and measuring L&D program effectiveness, shaping culture programs to deliver desired employee experience and drive high-performance culture, and maturing culture, engagement & belonging strategies. Qualifications include a BA/BS degree (MBA or Master's preferred), 10+ years of HR leadership experience with business-facing and specialist roles, experience in talent management initiatives, knowledge of talent management processes and technology, data analysis skills, strong action and results orientation, excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
