For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, Talent Experience to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.
This leader will shape the employee experience across talent management, learning, leadership development, and career mobility. The role will partner closely with managers and cross-functional leaders to modernize core people practices and strengthen organizational capability. It will also help evolve talent processes, data, and tools so the organization can make smarter, more timely decisions with greater consistency and less bias.
Location: Bellevue, WA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $225,000 – $265,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Streamline and improve core talent practices such as performance reviews and succession planning
- Develop toolkits and events that equip managers to lead and coach their teams effectively
- Implement integrated leadership development initiatives aligned with business goals
- Create and launch employee career development and mobility strategies to improve engagement
- Standardize communication of culture and values across global teams
- Integrate learning and development into daily workflow tools and collaboration platforms
- Prepare talent data infrastructure to support AI-enabled decision-making and reduce bias
- Transition talent review processes from static annual assessments to continuous, data-driven insights
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in people strategy and organizational development, particularly in tech-oriented environments
- Proficiency in talent management with a focus on practical frameworks for operational efficiency
- Ability to balance immediate operational demands with long-term strategic goals
- Strong aptitude for data-driven decision-making in talent and learning strategies
- Experience treating internal initiatives as products, with an emphasis on rapid iteration and feedback
- Proven relationship-building skills across all organizational levels
- Effective in influencing and collaborating in matrixed environments; familiarity with AI learning models and digital coaching tools is advantageous
