Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in Talent Management, Leadership Development, Succession Planning, Executive Coaching, HR Business Partnering, or related field.
• Experience in a large, matrixed global organization with strong business acumen and leadership development.
• Experience turning talent discussions into practical development actions with follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ongoing follow-up rhythm between formal talent cycles to keep development commitments visible and on track.
• Collaborate with leaders and HR partners to create clear ownership, timing and success measures for development plans.
• Convert talent reviews and pipelines into actionable development steps aligned with readiness goals and business needs.
• Support readiness assessment, exposure, and sponsorship to build strong talent pipelines.
• Use data and insights to challenge plans and drive progress with senior leadership.
