Zusammenfassung

NASTAD seeks a visionary leader to head the Syndemic Approaches portfolio, integrating HIV, viral hepatitis, STIs and related health priorities. You will guide strategic planning, align stakeholders, and drive measurable public health outcomes.

You will oversee a large staff and budgets, work with federal agencies and funders, and serve as PI on federal grants. This role requires strong collaboration and leadership across teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership in syndemic, HIV, or public health work preferred.
• 5+ years leading complex federal cooperative agreements.
• 5+ years supervising large teams and leading people-leaders.
• Experience working across disciplines and with government/public health staff.

Aufgaben

• Lead vision and strategy for NASTAD’s Syndemic Approaches portfolio.
• Oversee more than $18 million in braided funding and complex budgets.
• Provide strategic oversight of federal grants and initiatives; serve as PI when required.
• Grow and diversify funding through partnerships and new opportunities.
• Supervise Directors and Associate Directors; develop leadership within teams.
• Collaborate across teams to optimize integration and impact.
