Job summary

Clinton Health Access Initiative, Inc. seeks a Chief of Staff to support the Vice President of HIV, Hepatitis, and TB. You will shape presentations, synthesize input from program teams, and lead strategic projects across the global organization.

You will prepare executive-ready materials, manage cross-team coordination, and help the VP triage priorities, ensuring timely, data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and six or more years of professional experience in management consulting, global health, strategy, operations, or a comparable environment.
• Exceptional at producing content, especially in PowerPoint, with a demonstrated track record of independently building executive-quality decks.
• Strong technical writing skills and ability to synthesize at an executive level.
• Fluency with AI tools in everyday work, including research, synthesis, and drafting.

Responsibilities

• Develop presentations, briefs, memos, pre-reads, and talking points for senior leaders.
• Produce board-, CEO-, and donor-facing presentations that are clear and visually sharp.
• Translate cost-effectiveness analyses and data into accessible narratives.
• Lead cross-cutting projects sponsored by the VP and track milestones.
• Prepare the VP for meetings and follow up on agreed actions.
• Coordinate with program leadership across HIV, TB, and Hepatitis cluster.
• Triage requests and decide where leadership input is required.
• Manage relationships with external consultants and vendors as needed.
